🐶 Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on edible items to ensure the safety and freshness of all our treats. However, your satisfaction means everything to us—if there’s an issue with your order, we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dailywigglewalks@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item(s) in question

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll respond quickly and work with you to resolve it—whether it’s a replacement, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
Once your order is handed off to USPS, we are not responsible for delivery delays or damages caused during transit. But we’re happy to help file a claim or assist however we can.
